1. Wepig System: Refers to the software products developed and provided by the Wepig system service provider, including web-based platforms on PC (desktop) and mobile (H5) pages.
2. Wepig System Service Provider: Refers to the provider of internet information and software technology services for the Wepig System, namely Fuzhou Wepig Information Technology Co., Ltd.
3. Personal Information: Refers to various types of information, recorded electronically or otherwise, that can identify a specific natural person either alone or in combination with other information, or reflect the activities of a specific natural person. This includes, but is not limited to: name, date of birth, identification number, biometric information, address, contact details, communication records and content, account credentials, financial information, credit information, location data, accommodation details, health and physiological information, and transaction information.This does not include anonymized data.
4. Sensitive Personal Information: Refers to personal information that, if disclosed, illegally provided, or misused, may endanger personal and property safety, or may lead to reputational damage, physical or mental harm, or discriminatory treatment.This includes identification numbers, biometric information, financial accounts, property details, location data, transaction records, and personal information of minors under the age of 14.
5. Deletion of Personal Information: Refers to the act of removing personal information from the systems involved in daily business operations so that it cannot be retrieved or accessed.
6. Children: Refers to minors under the age of 14.
7. Scope of This Privacy Policy: This Privacy Policy applies to all products and services provided to you by the Wepig System service provider via websites, applications, mini-programs, and other new formats that may emerge with technological developments. If any of our or our affiliates’ products or services utilize the Wepig System but do not have a separate privacy policy, this Privacy Policy will apply to those products or services as well. If a separate privacy policy is established for a specific product or service by us or our affiliates, that specific policy shall prevail.This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party products or services linked within the Wepig System (including third-party apps, websites, etc.). 2. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
During your use of our products or services, we may collect and use your personal information. The types of information we collect are divided into two categories:[Required Information] and [Optional Information]: Required Information refers to personal information essential for the basic operation of the Wepig System. You must authorize the collection and use of such information for the basic features of our products/services to function properly. Refusal to provide this information will result in the inability to use our products/services normally. Optional Information refers to personal information collected to improve user experience and enhance service performance. You may choose whether or not to provide this information. Refusal to do so will not affect your access to core features, but may limit your access to additional features or reduce functionality.
Before providing any sensitive personal information, please carefully consider whether it's appropriate to do so. Your explicit consent (e.g., checking “agree” or other mutually acknowledged means) is required for us to collect and process sensitive personal data according to this policy. You may refuse to authorize this collection, but doing so may affect your access to related services.
1. User Registration and Login
a. Required and Optional Information
To use Wepig’s services, you must first register and log in. When registering a Wepig account, you must provide a username and your personal mobile phone number. We will verify your identity by sending an SMS code and collect your SIM card information to identify your mobile operator. These are required to complete registration.
After registering, you may choose to supplement your account profile with optional information, such as education background, ID number, date of birth, email address, date of entry, and department. This data helps improve service personalization, security, and trust verification, but is not mandatory.
b. Sensitive Permissions
When uploading images, you must grant permission to access your device’s camera and/or photo album. Refusing access will disable image-uploading functions.
c. Third-Party Login Platforms
Wepig may integrate third-party platforms (e.g., WeChat) to enable third-party login. If you refuse authorization, you will not be able to log in via these platforms.
All the information provided above will be used during the active period of your account. Upon account deletion, the related data will be removed and usage ceased.
Your information will be stored within the People’s Republic of China. If cross-border transmission is required, we will obtain your explicit consent in advance.
2. Providing Our Products and Services
a. Content Publishing
Permissions Required:
Camera access: Used to take pictures for information display.Storage access: Used for saving or selecting pictures from your gallery.
b. Information Display Services
This data is used by you or your organization for business management through Wepig.
Required Information: Name and phone number.
Optional Information: Gender, education level, ID number, date of birth, email address, date of entry, and department.
c. Customer Service
Required Information: Phone number (especially if contacting via call).
We collect this to contact you or resolve support issues.
d. Dispute Resolution and Support
We retain contact information and communication logs for the purpose of resolving disputes or clarifying service issues. These are required for customer service to function properly.
e. Push Notifications
You may receive push notifications (e.g., via WeChat Official Account). You can disable this feature by navigating to: Wepig PLUS → Farm → Production Settings → Push Settings → Disable “New Message Notifications.”
f. Data Analytics and Commercial Use
Wepig may analyze the user database for commercial use without disclosing any personally identifiable information. We may share anonymized statistical data publicly to demonstrate usage trends. These statistics will not reveal any personal identity.
3. Exceptions to Prior Consent
According to relevant laws and regulations, we may collect and use certain personal data without your prior consent under the following circumstances:
1. When it concerns national security or defense;
2. When it relates to public safety, public health, or major public interest;
3. When it is required for criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, or enforcement;
4. When it is necessary to protect your or others' life, property, or other major legitimate rights and interests, and obtaining consent is difficult;

This privacy policy only applies to data collected by Wepig and does not govern third-party services. Wepig is not responsible for the collection or use of your data by third parties.
3. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
To provide you with a more personalized online experience and easier access, when you visit the Wepig platform website or use our services, we may place one or more small data files on your computer or mobile device to identify you. These data files may include Cookies, Flash Cookies, or other local storage mechanisms provided by your browser (collectively referred to as "Cookies"). Cookies help save you from re-entering registration/login information, determine your login status, and enhance account and data security.
Please understand and agree that some features of our services may rely on Cookies to function properly. Most browsers provide options for users to clear cached data. You may, depending on your browser settings or extensions, modify your preferences for accepting Cookies, reject Wepig Cookies, or delete stored Cookies. We will not use Cookies for any purposes other than those stated in this Privacy Policy. If you choose to clear Cookies related to the Wepig system, you may need to manually reset your preferences each time you visit the platform. Additionally, previously saved information may be deleted, which could impact your user experience and service security.

1. Sharing
We will not share your personal information with any companies, organizations, or individuals outside of Wepig System, except in the following situations:
a. With your prior explicit consent or authorization, we may share your personal information with third parties.
b. According to applicable laws and regulations, or as required by competent administrative or judicial authorities, we may share your personal information to fulfill statutory obligations or respond to legal processes, litigation, or dispute resolution requests.
c. Sharing with authorized partners: Some of our services may be provided by authorized partners solely for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. We may share certain personal information with these partners in order to provide better customer service and user experience. We will only share personal information necessary for the service under legal, legitimate, necessary, specific, and clear purposes. Our partners are not permitted to use the shared personal information for any other purposes.
Currently, our authorized partners include but are not limited to:
Invoicing affiliates;

Partners commissioned to conduct promotions on our behalf.

g. When you actively agree to submit personal information to a third party by clicking specific buttons (e.g., “Help Me Apply,” “Submit on My Behalf”).
We commit to only share your personal information under legitimate, necessary, and clearly defined circumstances. We require any third party with whom we share your personal data to sign strict data protection and confidentiality agreements and to implement appropriate data protection measures.
2. Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any companies, organizations, or individuals except in the following circumstances:

We pledge to comply with applicable laws and national standards, and will obtain your consent through agreements, scenario-specific prompts, or confirmation messages when required.
Please carefully consider the information you upload, publish, or exchange using our services. In some cases, you may manage the visibility of your shared information through our platform’s privacy settings. To request deletion of your data, please contact us via the details provided at the beginning of this policy.
4. Exceptions to Prior Consent for Sharing, Transfer, or Disclosure
According to the law, we may share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information without prior consent in the following cases:
a. Directly related to national security or defense;
b. Directly related to public safety, public health, or significant public interests;
c. Directly related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, or enforcement of court rulings;
d. Where it is necessary to protect your or others' life, property, or other major legitimate rights and interests, and it is difficult to obtain your consent;
e. Personal information that you have voluntarily disclosed to the public;

5. How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information
1. Information Storage
The information and data collected about you by the Wepig system will be stored on servers operated by Wepig and/or its affiliated companies, all located within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Currently, Wepig's products and services do not involve cross-border data transfers. If there are future changes to our products or services that require cross-border data transfers, we will separately notify you through a pop-up or email to inform you of the purpose of the transfer and the receiving party, and obtain your explicit consent. We will ensure that the recipient has adequate data protection capabilities to safeguard your personal information.
We will retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy, unless otherwise required by law.
When determining the retention period of your personal information, we mainly consider the following factors:
a. To complete transactions related to you and maintain the corresponding transaction and business records for potential inquiries or complaints;
b. To ensure the safety and quality of the services we provide to you;
c. Whether you have agreed to a longer retention period;
d. Whether there are any other special agreements or legal and regulatory requirements regarding the retention period.
After the retention period has expired, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
Please note that once you successfully cancel your Wepig account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information as required by applicable laws.
If we cease operation or terminate our services, we will notify you at least thirty (30) days in advance and will delete or anonymize your personal information after the termination.
2. Information Protection
We adopt industry-standard security measures, including reasonable internal policies and technical safeguards, to prevent unauthorized access, use, or modification of your personal information and to avoid data corruption or loss. These measures include but are not limited to SSL, encrypted data storage, and access control to data centers.
a. Data Encryption: We encrypt the storage of users’ usernames and phone numbers to ensure that such basic information cannot be maliciously obtained.
b. Identity Verification: We authenticate users through account/password verification or SMS codes sent to bound mobile phones to prevent unauthorized access.
c. Access Control: We implement strict management over employees or contractors who access your information, including permission controls based on job roles, confidentiality agreements, and operation monitoring. Only after proper identity verification can users of the Wepig system access and manage their information and resources. Without verification, resource management is not allowed.
d. Security Auditing: We may integrate with risk control or authentication platforms to monitor certain scenarios or behaviors. For example, we use traffic analysis to detect abnormal logins and registration activities.
The Wepig system provides appropriate security measures in accordance with current technologies to protect your information and offer reasonable security assurance. We will do our best to prevent your information from being leaked, tampered with, or lost.
e. Account Protection: Your account comes with security features. Please take proper care of your account and password information. Wepig safeguards your data through server backups and password encryption, to prevent data loss, misuse, or tampering. Despite the above security measures, please understand that due to technical limitations and potential malicious tactics, no system on the information network can be completely secure. You are responsible for any legal consequences caused by the disclosure of your account or password due to your own actions.
f. Security Incidents in the Internet Environment: The internet environment is not 100% secure, and we will do our best to ensure the security of any information you send to us. In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will inform you in a timely manner in accordance with legal requirements. We will notify you of the basic facts and possible impacts of the incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for self-protection and risk mitigation, and remedies we can provide. We will inform you through email, letter, phone call, or push notification. If it is difficult to notify individuals one by one, we will issue an appropriate and effective public announcement.

Your account information: You may view or modify your personal profile, account details, authentication info, and associated farm information via the web portal: "Farm" > "Staff & Accounts".
2. Deletion of Personal Information
You or the administrator of your organization may delete information via the same pages where it can be viewed and corrected. You may also request deletion of your personal information under the following circumstances:
a. Our processing of your personal data violates laws or regulations;
b. We collected or used your data without your consent;
c. Our data processing violates our agreement with you;
d. We terminate our services and operations.
3. Change or Withdraw Your Consent
You may modify or withdraw your consent to personal information processing via the following methods: You can update or remove your submitted data by modifying the corresponding fields. Additionally, you may withdraw consent for the Privacy Policy by navigating to: "Me" > "Settings" > "Privacy & Permissions" > "Withdraw Privacy Policy". If you choose to withdraw your consent, we will stop processing the corresponding personal information. However, your withdrawal does not affect any processing that occurred prior to the withdrawal. Please note that this may result in us being unable to provide some or all functions of the Wepig system.
4. Account Deletion
You may apply to delete your account directly through our products or services. Once your account is deleted, we will stop providing you with our products and/or services. We will delete your personal data as requested unless otherwise required by law or regulation. To delete your account, go to:

5. Obtain a Copy of Your Personal Information
If you wish to obtain a copy of your stored personal information in the WePig system, you can do so by visiting: Web portal > "Farm" > "Staff & Accounts", then click the “Export” button to download the data.
6. Response to Your Requests
To protect your account and personal data security, we may verify your identity before processing your request (e.g., by requiring account validation, written request, or other reasonable means).
Please note, we may not respond to your request in the following circumstances, as required by laws or regulations:
Where it relates to fulfilling the obligations of personal information controllers under applicable laws and regulations;
Where it concerns national security or defense;
Where it concerns public safety, public health, or significant public interest;
Where it concerns criminal investigations, prosecutions, court proceedings, or enforcement of judgments;
Where there is sufficient evidence of malicious intent or abuse of rights on your part;
Where responding to the request would jeopardize the life, property, or other significant legitimate rights and interests of you or others and it is difficult to obtain consent;
Where fulfilling the request would cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you, other individuals, or organizations;
Where it involves trade secrets.
7. How We Handle Minors’ Personal Information
1. WePig is primarily a commercial services platform intended for adult users. In the context of e-commerce activities, we presume you have the corresponding civil capacity to engage in such activities.
2. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you must obtain prior consent from your legal guardian before using our products and/or services. You must also use our products/services under their full supervision and with their explicit consent. If your guardian does not agree to your use of our services, please stop using our products/services immediately and notify us so we can take appropriate action.
3. WePig complies with national laws and regulations to protect the personal information of minors. We do not proactively collect personal information directly from minors. In cases where personal information is collected with guardian consent, we will use, share, transfer, or disclose such information only where legally permitted, with guardian authorization, or as necessary to protect the minor.
8. Updates and Notifications of This Privacy Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent. Any changes will be posted on this page.
