Welcome to Wepig Information System. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wepig farm-management platform (“Wepig”) provided by Fuzhou Wepig Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“Wepig,” “we,” or “us”).
Please read these Terms carefully - especially those in bold that limit or exclude liability, address termination, breach, and dispute resolution - before accepting them.
Acceptance of Agreement: These Terms become binding when (i) you click to accept them online or through any other mutually agreed method, and (ii) we approve your registration application and supporting documents. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with registration.
1. Scope
1.1 These Terms, together with any offline written agreement executed by both parties, constitute the entire contract between you and Wepig governing your authorized use of Wepig.
1.2 We continually enhance Wepig through version, feature, and policy updates. Revised Terms will be announced via in-app notice, email, or website posting. The changes take effect on the date stated in the notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, you must stop using Wepig.
1.3 Changes in our corporate structure (e.g., mergers, acquisitions) will not diminish your rights under these Terms; the successor entity will perform them.
2. Service Overview
We will provide the service with commercially reasonable efforts, including:
a stable and secure environment;
responsive technical support;
routine maintenance and upgrades;
prompt issue resolution;
professional consultation.
3. Service-Level Metrics
We commit to:
Uptime: at least 99 % measured monthly.
Response Time: initial response to support tickets within 24 hours.
Backup & Recovery: daily backups with recovery completed within our Recovery Time Objective.
Security & Privacy: industry-standard safeguards against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
4. Scheduled Maintenance
We may modify or maintain Wepig to improve performance. Whenever feasible, we will give advance notice and schedule maintenance outside normal business hours.
5. Support
We will provide corresponding technical support, including but not limited to troubleshooting, solution recommendation, user training, etc. Our support team is available via phone, email, and the in-app help desk for troubleshooting, guidance, and training.
6. Breach and Remedies
6.1 If we fail to meet a service commitment, you may seek proportionate compensation, capped at the fees paid for the affected service. Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, the amount of compensation and compensation shall not exceed a reasonable proportion of the service fee.
6.2 If you violate any law, these Terms, or any supplemental agreement, or engage in malicious conduct,we may restrict or suspend your account, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
6.3 Any offline agreement signed by both parties will prevail over conflicting provisions herein regarding liability.
7. Acceptable Use and Limitation of Liability
7.1 You must not:
reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code;
infringe our intellectual-property rights by copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works;
Copy, modify, add, delete, hook up and run the system or the data released to any terminal memory during the operation of the system, the interaction data between the client and the server during the operation of the website, and the system data necessary for the operation of the system. Or create any derivative works, including but not limited to the use of plug-ins, scripts, or third-party tools/services not authorized by us to access the system and related systems;
Add, delete, or change the functions or operating effects of the system by modifying or falsifying instructions and data in the operation of the system, or operate or disseminate software and methods used for the above purposes to the public, whether or not these actions are for commercial purposes;
By youself or authorizing others or third-party software to interfere with this system, its components, modules, and data.
7.2 You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of all information you supply. If inaccurate or outdated information prevents normal use, we may suspend your account until corrected. If we discover the above situation during the process of providing services, we will promptly notify you to provide or modify relevant documents or information. Before you complete the accurate provision or update of the data, we have the right to take restrictive measures or unilaterally suspend your use of all or part of the micro-pig system service.
7.3 We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or other issues arising from force majeure, third-party acts, or your hardware or network conditions. In addition, we are not responsible for service instability or interruption caused by problems with your equipment or network.
8. Termination
These Terms terminate when:
both parties mutually agree;
required by applicable law; or
specified in any offline agreement.
Upon termination, your right to access Wepig ceases immediately.
Within thirty ( ) days after termination, we will assist you to export your data upon payment of the applicable fee. After that period, we may permanently delete all account data without further notice.
9. Miscellaneous
These Terms and any offline agreement together form the complete agreement. In case of conflict, the offline agreement prevails.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, the exclusive forum is the competent court located where Fuzhou Wepig Information Technology Co., Ltd. has its registered office.
We may update these Terms for legitimate business reasons. Notice of material changes will be sent by email or posted within the platform. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. You may view the current Terms at: My > Settings > Privacy & Permissions > Terms of Service.

This document may be available in multiple language versions. In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between versions, the Chinese language version shall take precedence and be deemed authoritative. All translated versions are provided solely for reference purposes and convenience.
